"This thing is amazing! I dont normally even write reviews but after buying this I had to give it the respect it deserves. Ive had many r/c helicopters before and countless hours trying to learn to fly them and I am still terrible at flying the traditional copter, but this drone was easy. took about 10 mins of hovering around the garage floor practicing the steering before I was doing things I have only dreamed of in other r/c copters. So easy to learn to fly and the camera is an added bonus.
Video file saves as .avi and will play on any media player. I was impressed with the results from such a small camera, video and photos are taken with the remote, which is also very cool." (Posted on 1/11/2016)

Great little piece of kit. We bought this quadcopter for our son this Christmas and he absolutely loves it. As I have found out, they take some getting used to and you need plenty of space, however it's very sturdy and well built and is definitely designed to take some knocks. We also bought a crash kit containing replacement parts but can't see it being used right now as this is so well built. Definitely value for money and highly recommended. (Posted on 1/11/2016)

I bought this for my 13yr old girl.
She loves it. It flys really well and the camara is pretty good too. Batteries tend to last about 15mins but they're quick to recharge. It's already been in a few tree's and the blades haven't broken. All in all I think its been a very good purchase. (Posted on 1/11/2016)

Bought this for the husband's Christmas present. He loved it. It has survived crashing into the apple tree and had to be retrieved from the very tall sweet chestnut tree but is still intact! Great fun for him and our 2 year old grandson! Money well spent! (Posted on 1/11/2016)

You can't get better for the price. You have good control, flies stable. I took it out in 13MPH winds and it held it's own. It did drift off when I took it VERY high, luckily I was in a very wide area. It's durable, I feel I could just shut off all power 100 feet in the air and it will drop down and just bounce and be ready to go again! These are the shots I got going as high as I'd dare. A rock solid, cheap drone perfect for learning how to fly. Crashed countless times and even without the supplied prop guards, it still performs just as good the day we got it. Range is decent but not great, but is more than enough for an inexperienced flyer. I get around 100m flying distance straight up, and around 40 laterally. There are no battery/signal strength indicators on the control, (the ones shown are fake) and the drone after around its 10 minutes flying time gives you just 5 seconds or so of of warning whilst the quadcopter is still controllable, before falling out of the sky. However, since its range is so limited, as long as you are flying in an open area, this isn't too big an issue. Its gyro stabilising system works well to keep the drone horizontal no matter what and is very effective to the point where it will correct its orientation before hitting the ground if you drop it upside down from head height. However this system does not counter the wind and this drone will drift easily despite staying level. Surprisingly, it also does a good job of keeping its directional orientation and rarely do you need to correct it even in high winds. It has two modes “low” and “high”, this simply increases the attitude at which the quad tilts - which I interpret as “indoors" and “outdoors” - as in the low mode, it can be difficult to counter the wind. The camera is decent and angled perfectly and the supplied 4gb micro sd card is ample for several flights worth of recordings. The controls for controlling the start/stop of recording and taking photos are not clearly labelled however and are a bit finicky to use but do the job. It can also do a 360 flip with a press of a button.
Overall this is a great starter drone, and for the price you can't really go wrong with it. (Posted on 1/11/2016)
