    How Fast Can I Receive My Products?

    • The time from when you pay, to the time when you (or your customer) receives the goods, is typically 1-2 working days by express service.
    • Order processing, warehouse picking and packing, and dispatch: same day or 1 business day for larger orders.
    • If for any reason there is a delay on dispatch, we will make sure to let you know and keep you updated on the status.


    Typical delivery time ranges for major destinations:

    • Ireland - Anywhere in Ireland €4.99 with GLS courier service (next day delivery).
    • United Kindom - €9.99 with GLS courier service (1 - 2 working days)
    • Rest of Europe - Please contact us for delivery prices.


    These delivery times vary according to country. 

    For most countries, the parcel should arrive within 1-4 working days. However, for some counties in Europe it might take us a bit longer due to clearance issues with customs.

    If you need help tracking your delivery, or have concerns about a delivery time, we'll be on hand to answer all your questions. 

    All orders sent out In Ireland and the UK, will be delivered by GLS. The choice of courier can sometimes varie according to country, size of the order and overall weight. 


    Import / Customs:
    Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Iwetech will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.


    Receiving Your Delivery

    • Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.
    • It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number. If you are drop-shipping, this means your customer's phone number.

    European Shipping and Customs

      • We offer shipping to all of Europe.
      • Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items into your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. 
      • Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.
      • Speak to the Iwetech Customer Support Team if you need more advice about taxes, shipping invoices and paperwork, and customs declarations.


  • Orders & Returns

    Before placing an order through our Iwetech online store, we recommend that you carefully research the product you intend to purchase.

    Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please feel free to contact us.


    Our return policy is listed below; please read thoroughly, and contact us if you have any questions.


    Orders Returned Within 30 Days

    All items purchased from Iwetech or any of its affiliates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

    • Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition.
    • Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
    • Any glass damage must be reported within 48 hours from delivery.
    • Returns must include a Return Authorization number which you will receive after making contact with us, and the return being authorized. Please contact us at
    • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
    • Buyer must understand and agree to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes parts and/or accessories.


    Iwetech reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.

    Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you return your product by tracked and insured postal or courier methods. we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit.

    You may expect your refund or exchange to process within two (2) weeks of the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met; this includes credit card and PayPal refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to our European customers.



    Vaporizers are classed as a hygienic product, so they cannot be resold once they have been opened or used in any way. Hence vaporisers cannot be exchanged if a customer changes their mind.

    This is why we recommend customers to carry out diligent research on the product they intend to purchase, using information from our website as well as external product reviews and videos etc.

    We only accept returns of vaporizers if there is a manufacturers defect and the item needs to be repaired or replaced because of this. 

    In this case we will send return details to the customer, and once we receive the product back, it will be tested either on site or sent back to the manufacturer. 

    If the product cannot be repaired a replacement will be provided.

    If a replacement cannot be provide due to the product being discontinued or out of stock, store credit will be provided. 


    Orders Returned After 30 Days

    Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.

    • This is why all our products come with a 12 month warranty.

    • All products that arrive in the Iwetech warehouse are checked for perfect appearance and correct functionality.

    How does the warranty work?

    Due to our stringent sourcing and QC processes, the fault rate on products shipped out by Iwetech is very low. However, sometimes faults develop which couldn't be detected before, and we will allow you to return the product for testing and a free repair. The warranty lasts for 365 days from the day you receive the product.

    In the case of delivery methods or destinations that lack a confirmed delivery tracking date, we will take the assumption that the warranty period starts 30 days after we sent out your order.

    Exceptions to Warranty

    • We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from

    • The user voids the warranty if she or he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.

    • The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear. Signs of physical damage may cause us to refuse to provide free repair.

    • Accessories are not covered under the same warranty that applies to the main product check here.

    • Projector Lamps have a special condition applied due to the fact that lifetime depends on hours of use, check here.

    • RC Toys are not covered for your breakage and internal rechargeable batteries are covered by the general battery warranty limitation check here.


  • Ordering

    How and in what conditions can customers cancel paid/processing orders?

    In general, Iwetech can usually accept requests for cancellation of paid orders up to the end of the day on which it was ordered. Customers can request cancellation of orders by email quoting their order number and providing a clear explanation for this request. Any processing order cancellation must be properly justified as it is a standard business practice.


    When is it too late to cancel a paid order?

    Orders that have been dispatched with a tracking number cannot be cancelled/ reimbursed. If your "Order is Sent Out"  in your account, it is impossible to cancel your order.


    In what cases may Iwetech charge a restocking fee?

    If a customer requests cancellation of an order after the order is in processing (i.e. goods checking, processing and packing) in our warehouse, Iwetech reserves the right to charge a restocking fee, deducted from the resultant refund or credit. In fact, in most cases we will not charge this fee, because we are really nice people.

    Below are the cases where Iwetech may charge a restocking fee:

    • If an apparently bona fide order has been placed, and has entered processing in our warehouse, Iwetech does reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 30% of the value of the goods, at our discretion.
    • If a customer cancels several processing orders all at the same time.
    • If the order is above 1000USD.
    • If the customer already cancelled several orders within the same month.


    Additional charges may be deducted from refunds in cases where goods have been shipped overseas and are returned for reasons beyond Iwetech's control, and where as a result Iwetech incurs return shipping charges or import duties and taxes, as well as further domestic shipping expenses. 


    How does Iwetech offer refunds to customers for cancelled orders?

    The following general conditions apply to refunds made by Iwetech: 

    • Cancelled orders are reimbursed by crediting your Iwetech account by default.
    • Refunds will be made in the form of credit extended by Iwetech against future orders.
